Updates:
Hardwood flooring will start to be installed Thursday /Friday this week.We will reinstall the island on Monday,Baseboards will be installed on top of installed hardwood as it is completed, painters to follow.The granite tops are being installed early Wednesday of next week.Carpet will be installed late next week.Electricians are there today, and will return after the countertops are in to hook up appliances.Appliances are being delivered Monday/Tuesday and we will install them ASAP.Plumber will also return after countertops are installed.I’ve also spoken with Skip who said he can prep driveway and rest of yard later part of next week.I’m planning to pave the driveway July 17 or 18th..I’m planning a Certificate of Occupancy about this same time.I’m planning cleaning crews for mid week 24th 25th.Do you have a moving truck scheduled for the 27th ?We will be ready.Needless to say next week will be VERY Busy, In a good way!.Have a great 4th and …”the end is in site!Craig
