Thank you Tom and Jill.

It was great to see our friends, Tom and Jill and give them a tour.

Donna and I took chairs out onto the deck where we had
thrown down a couple of floorboards.

It was chilly out but we enjoyed our first beer and the sunset on our new deck!

Downstairs work continues at steady pace.

The electricians have completed their initial work.
The plumbers have most of the pipes in place and have just started working on installing the copper
pipes for the heating system.
The pipes for the central vacuum system are in the walls and the faceplates are set. (Thank you John Wyman!)

Next week will see:

Perhaps a garage floor!
Completion of the siding (maybe)
Our new deck and stairs! (hopefully)
Installation of our ERV system.
Installation of the beadboard ceiling of the front porch.
Installation of the heating system.
