Subs, Subs and more Subs

Now that the building package is nearly complete, in come the subs:

The Electricians are nearly complete with their first stage of their work.  All the junction boxes are wired, switches and outlets laid out, both inside and out, bases for exterior wall sconces and front and rear floods are cut and ready for fixtures.

The Plumbers come tomorrow.

We met with the Mason today and he should be on the site with a couple of weeks to build the chimney.

Eric Jones, who will install the Spray Foam Insulation was also in.

Likewise, Jeff who will install the ERV (Energy Recovery Ventilator) was taking measurements.

The siding on the rear of the house is nearly complete.
