It's a sad day as we prepare to sell our wonderful home.

It was a sad day today to put the 'For Sale' sign in our yard.

Meanwhile, the drywall is installed in the
garage.  Here's the lift at work.
The garage doors were delivered this afternoon
and now await installation

The first floor has now been entirely taped and
almost completely mudded.  After the basement is
completed the sanding (cough, cough) will begin.
