When the economy went south 3 or 4 years ago, builders started working a 4 day week 10 hours a day. It saves 20% on travel, tons of time on set-up and take down and the staff gets a 3 day weekend. With snow predicted tonight, there's enough of the room covered so they will still work tomorrow. They'll be putting in ceiling strapping which is what the drywall will be screwed into.  |
