We received the first completed set of Builders Drawings and we love them! Now we're ready to go to the Town of Cape Elizabeth for a building permit.  Let's hope the wonderful weather holds.

Hats off to Joe Delaney who has done a wonderful job designing us the house we wanted in the timeframe we needed.  Great Work Joe!

Early Tree Work from Davey Tree

These pines must have been over 80 feet tall and the tree workers went almost to the top.
